Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Due to the nature of fashion accessories, jewellery, cosmetics and gift items, products sold are not eligible for return or exchange unless a wrong or damaged item is received.

Any damage or wrong item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Color-related complaints are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days.
